Booking conditions

Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with details about the deposit. The payment is made by bank transfer and amounts to 30% of the total price.

You will then receive a deposit receipt within 3-5 working days. If we do not receive a deposit, we reserve the right to delete the reservation.

Until 60 days

Until 60 days prior to arrival: free, pre-payments will be returned

From 59 to 28 days

From 59 to 28 days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation fee

From 27 to 14 days

From 27 to 14 days prior to arrival: 60% cancellation fee

13 days or later

13 days or later prior to arrival, or no-show: 90% cancellation fee

Special Corona-Policy

Cancellations (59-0 days pior to arrival) because of lockdown, quarantine or sickness: free, pre-payments will be transformed into a voucher which can be used for a future stay
