Booking and cancellation conditions
Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with details about the deposit. The payment is made by bank transfer and amounts to 30% of the total price.
You will then receive a deposit receipt within 3-5 working days. If we do not receive a deposit, we reserve the right to delete the reservation.
Cancellations
- Cancellation until 60 days prior to arrival: 80€ fee, rest of the deposit will be refunded
- From 59 to 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee 50% of the booking price
- 13 days or later prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: cancellation fee 90% of the booking price
