Upon completion of your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation with details about the deposit. The payment is made by bank transfer and amounts to 30% of the total price.
You will then receive a deposit receipt within 3-5 working days. If we do not receive a deposit, we reserve the right to delete the reservation.
Until 45 days prior to arrival, cancellation is free of charge; the deposit is credited for a later stay.
For cancellations until at least 30 days prior to arrival, 30% of the booking are charged (the deposit is retained).
For cancellations until at least 7 days prior to arrival, 80% of the booking are charged.
For cancellations 7 days or less before arrival or no-shows, 100% of the booking are charged.
