Authentic, locally sourced, and prepared with love: Start your day with a hearty, organic breakfast, and in the evening, enjoy a 4-course menu of your choice featuring three main courses (vegetarian options are also available). Many of the ingredients are homemade, and some of the herbs and salads come from Sepp’s garden—we’ll accommodate food intolerances upon advance notice.

Wellness

Small & fine: spa & heated outdoor pool

Intimate and relaxing: The Finnish sauna, aromatic steam bath, and Swiss stone pine infrared sauna provide soothing warmth after hiking, horseback riding, or skiing. Afterward, enjoy a drink at the tea station in the quiet relaxation area—or, in the summer, take a dip in the heated outdoor pool (May–end of September) with a children’s pool, sunbathing lawn, and mountain views. It’s best to book massages in advance.

Riding

Riding offers for every level

From your first lesson to riding with confidence: You’ll train with our instructors in the indoor riding arena (also available in winter upon request). We also offer daily guided trail rides away from busy roads. Enjoy special moments with a breakfast ride or a ride to the alpine pastures—and for children, pony rides and pony leading are available upon request.

A very nice family-run hotel. The staff and management are super friendly, and the value is more than fair. We stayed at the Haflingerhof for three days of skiing in early January. The connection to the ski slopes is perfect—you board the ski bus right in front of the hotel and ride for just 3 minutes. The food is fantastic; there’s a multi-course menu every evening and a lovely breakfast buffet to fuel you up for the day. There’s also a nice wellness area with a sauna. We’d love to come back.

A very well-maintained hotel with a tasteful atmosphere. Great ski storage room. Owners and staff are very friendly, genuine, and helpful. Top location, as it’s right next to the ski area with a bus stop right outside the door. Hotel with excellent cuisine. (…) Breakfast buffet with a wide selection, freshly baked bread, and delicious organic fruit juices. (…) Lovely Haflinger horses that are well-behaved both in handling and when riding. A wonderful experience for recreational riders.

The warm welcome made a great first impression. The spacious, spotlessly clean rooms didn’t disappoint either! The food was fresh, varied, and there was something for every taste. They even accommodated the kids’ sometimes tricky meal requests. The service, especially when it came to food and wine, was top-notch. The kids could let off steam playing table tennis, billiards, or foosball, and they had a blast horseback riding. The ski bus stop right outside the door is worth its weight in gold.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Haflingerhof in January 2026. We had a wonderful stay at this wonderfully family-run hotel. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. Dinner was always plentiful and delicious. We’ve rarely slept so well in a hotel. The ski bus stops right outside the door, as does the night bus—everything was super easy and hassle-free. We’ll definitely be back.

The Haflingerhof is perfect for both summer and winter vacations. The family-friendly atmosphere, the incredibly friendly staff, and the excellent cuisine ensure that you feel completely at home. In the summer, my kids take advantage of the horseback riding and the swimming pool; in the winter, they hop on the ski bus right outside the front door and are at the lift in 10 minutes. Not only is our dog allowed in the hotel, but he’s also welcome to join us at mealtimes. There are separate areas for dog-owning families: the furry friends aren’t left alone, and guests without dogs aren’t disturbed. Perfect!

The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and immediately make guests feel at home. A particular highlight is the cuisine, which impresses with fresh, varied, and exceptionally delicious dishes.
