Terms and conditions for bookings and cancelations

Once your booking is complete, you will receive a reservation confirmation from us with details regarding the deposit. This can be paid by bank transfer and amounts to 30% of the total price.

You will then typically receive a deposit confirmation from us within 3–5 business days. If the deposit is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Down payment

The deposit is 30% of the total price.

Cancellations

Cancellation until 60 days prior to arrival: 80€ fee, rest of the deposit will be refunded
From 59 to 14 days prior to arrival: cancellation fee 50% of the booking price
13 days or later prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: cancellation fee 90% of the booking price

Travel cancellation insurance

Would you like additional coverage in case you are unable to take your vacation? If so, there are two options:

European travel insurance

You can easily insure your vacation with us at the Haflingerhof through Europäische Reiseversicherung. Just let us know.

Credit card travel insurance

If you’d like to use the travel insurance included with your credit card, you can pay your deposit that way instead of via bank transfer. Just let us know after you’ve made your booking.
