Haflingerhof guests on half board can look forward to a diverse 4-course dinner. With 3 options to choose from, one of them vegetarian, culinary delights for every taste are on the menu. Our large salad buffet is a special highlight, which in summer even promises freshly harvested products. A large part of the lettuce, vegetables and fresh herbs comes from the Haflingerhof’s own garden. The fresh Tyrolean mountain air also contributes to the crunchy and luscious taste of everything.

We grow most of our lettuces and herbs in our own vegetable garden. Thus, we can offer you freshly harvested salads at the buffet whenever possible and refine our dishes with aromatic herbs.

In addition, we buy locally, not only to keep transportation routes as short as possible, but also to benefit from the top quality of the Tyrolean specialties. For us, obtaining products from the Wildschönau, the local Tyrolean farmers and regional manufacturers is a contribution to sustainability.

In summer, we organize our popular Haflingerhof barbecue evenings once a week, if the weather is good. At sunset, our terrace provides the perfect atmosphere for this delight.

Your hosts, the Berger family, personally invite you to a wide selection at the barbecue house in our garden. We have everything the heart desires – from juicy steaks to baked potatoes and vegetables, everything from the charcoal grill.
