The bus stop in front of the house is called "Haflingerhof" and is therefore easy to remember 😉

Bathrobes are available at reception for the duration of your stay at a cost of €3.50. Sauna towels are also provided in the wellness area.

Online Check In
Directly in your personal customer center, you can enter your check-in details online in advance. This means your arrival and check-in will only take half as long.

Your journey

• Our rooms are ready for you to move into between 2 and 4 pm

• We have already reserved a table for half-board guests. You can start your evening meal between 18:30 and 20:00.
• If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance

The rooms should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Our reception team will be happy to inform you about the possibility of spending the day with us and using the hotel facilities.

The current reception times can always be found at reception.

Please do not forget to hand in your room key on departure.

From 12:00 until dinner you can enjoy coffee and cake in the restaurant at any time.

Can you imagine how many tons of towels are washed unnecessarily every day in hotels around the world and the enormous quantities of detergent that pollute our water as a result?

Therefore...

• Towels in the bath or shower: please replace them!
• Towels on the holder: I'll use them again!

Your four-legged friends are very welcome here, whether big and proud or small and sweet.

We ask you to be considerate of the other guests in our house.

Dogs are welcome on the terrace in summer. We ask you not to enter the pool and garden area or the restaurant with your dog. We will be happy to set a table for you in the Alte Stube so that your dog can accompany you for breakfast and dinner.

There is a "dog bag station" in the hotel parking lot, and you will find more along many of the Wildschönau hiking trails.

You help to keep hiking trails and meadows clean, the farmers will thank you for it.

Please hand in hazardous waste directly at reception and do not throw it in the residual waste.

We would also like to point out that sanitary products such as tampons, pads and diapers do not belong in the toilet, but in the waste garbage can.

We supply our hotel with 100% green electricity and heat from wood pellets. We ask you to switch off the light when you leave the room and not to leave the windows or balcony door open permanently while the heating is on (shock ventilation).

In summer, the best way to reach the pool is via our cellar.

Bath towels are available at reception for € 1.00.
