Check-Out
Rooms should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Our reception team will be happy to inform you about the possibility of spending the day with us and using the hotel facilities.

Please do not forget to hand in your room key on departure.

You can enter your check-in details online directly at your personal customer centre in advance. This means your journey and check-in will only take half as long.

- We have already reserved a table for half-board guests. You can start your evening meal between 18:30 and 20:00.

Dogs
Your four-legged friends are very welcome here, whether big and proud or small and sweet.
We ask that you show consideration for the other guests in our house.
Dogs can be taken onto the terrace in summer. We ask you not to enter the pool and garden area or the restaurant with your dog. We will be happy to set a table for you in the "Alten Stube" so that your dog can accompany you to breakfast and dinner.
There is a "dog poop bag station" at the hotel car park, and you will find more along many of the Wildschönau hiking trails.
You help to keep the hiking trails and meadows clean and the farmers will thank you for it.

Therefore...

- bin the recycling waste in the waste bin in the room
Please hand in hazardous waste at reception and do not throw it in the residual waste.
We would also like to point out that hygiene articles such as tampons, sanitary towels and nappies do not belong in the toilet, but in the waste bin.
